Living in

Being a multicultural residential hub in the London borough of Ealing, Acton Green offers a great deal of reasonable accommodation for those looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of Central London whilst being in the midst of an area offering beautiful greenery and affordable living. Before they were divided by the railway embankment for the District and Piccadilly lines, both the parkland of Acton Green Common and Chiswick Back Common were part of the English Civil War Battlefield of the Battle of Turnham Green, the area was also well-known for once having over 170 laundries around 1890 and took on the name ‘Soapsuds Island’.

There is a lot on offer in Acton Green, with activities varying from indoor Go-Karting and minigolf to community and art projects for anyone and everyone to get involved in, the location is a great place to allow the blending of both the younger and older generations, a lovely mixed community.
