Being in a popular location next to the riverside, Lambeth attracts those who love to spend time outdoors, there are great opportunities to go for a run, walk or cycle alongside stunning views. With shopping zones offering both chain and independent retailers, as well as a strong cultural scene where residents can explore Lambeth Palace, The Gasworks and The Imperial War Museum, there is a lot to be discovered within this lovely location. 

Safety

Lambeth has a 10% higher crime rate than London, the area has unfortunately got a high rate for theft which could mainly be due to the location's popularity with tourists. Residents in the area should remain cautious and aware of situations happening around them.

Parking

There are some good parking options around the area but the larger car parks are 20+ minutes out, choose from St George Wharf, New Covent Garden Market, Chelsea Bridge Wharf and Battersea Park- Rosery Gate.

Nightlife

Lambeth is known for its liveliness, with a generous amount of dynamic Pubs, Bars and Restaurants, the locals are spoilt for choice when it comes to enjoying an evening out.

This area is a great spot for young families, there is a good variety of schools nearby such as Beormund Primary School, Boutcher Church of England Primary School and Friars Primary Foundation School. A perfect location for parents looking to provide a good education and lifestyle for their children.

The closest station is Vauxhall which provides access to the South Western Railway Service, this station offers great links across the City and surrounding areas. There are also local Bus routes.
