The area is bordered by Hither Green on the North, Grove Park on the East, Beckenham on the South and Bell Green on the West. There is a great selection of amenities that are available for locals to enjoy in the area, with Randlesdown Road in the centre of Bellingham offering Supermarkets, Salons, Restaurants, Pubs, a Gym and a Dry Cleaners, residents have the majority of things that they need just a short walk away. Locals are also spoilt for choice with a range of cuisines within and around the area, all of which provide a delicious taste into a mix of different cultures.

There is a range of parking options across Bellingham, with the possibility to rent a space either hourly, daily or monthly, locals can choose from secure streets, Driveways or Car Parks. Some of these parking spaces can be found at Brookehowse Road, Beckenham Hill Road, Worsley Bridge Rd and Overdown Road, all of which are located within 10 minutes of the area.

Nightlife

Only a small handful of Bars and Clubs are available within the area of Billingham, however, residents can venture out to the surrounding areas of Lewisham, Crystal Palace, Peckham and Brixton, where they will find a much wider selection.

Family Friendly

A good choice of local schools are in and around the area. Parents can choose from the local options of Athelney Primary School, Forster Park Primary School, Greenvale School and Conisborough College, which can all provide a great education for their children.

Pet Friendly

Bellingham only has a few local parks nearby which may not be suited to a pet owner who has a furry friend that loves to go on long adventures and explore. Beckenham Place Park and Bellingham Play Park are the only nearby open spaces on offer.

Transport

Bellingham Railway Station is in Zone 3, with all trains operated by Thameslink. London City is around 40-50 minutes by train and 60-80 minutes by car. There are also some local Buses within the area.
