The kitchen is light in colour and kept nice and bright thanks to the window where the sink is, with a set of patio doors further down where the dining area is.
Here you can have a very large table and chairs to accommodate any type of celebration, in fact, you'll probably become the go-to home for all festivities. Large glossy tiles adorn the floor and make for easy cleaning, with another section at the far end of the room for a nice comfy sofa or couple of armchairs. Mount the TV on the wall and here you have it, the all year round room that no one wants to leave.
And I forgot to mention, the cloakroom is located in the family area of the kitchen! This really does mean, you literally never need leave this space, unless it's bedtime! There a contemporary WC and pedestal wash hand basin, a radiator to keep you nice and toasty, and a frosted window to keep the light levels high, and stop any prying eyes peeking in....not that it's that kind of area!
Upstairs, and we have a practical landing with doors opening to all of the sleeping accommodation and family bathroom, as well as a loft hatch.
The main bedroom is a very generous size, in fact so large you can comfortably fit a couple of armchairs in if you wanted, as well as dressing table. A large built in wardrobe with two huge glass sliding doors will accommodate a good selection of clothes, and really finishes this room off.....although there is one more thing....
Of course you can't have a main bedroom without having an en-suite. Fitted with the latest bathroom ware, we have a chrome and glass shower cubicle with rain forest shower head and fully tiled, a pedestal wash hand basin with tiled splash back, and of course the very useful WC. Large glossy tiles adorn the floor, and a heated chrome towel rail helps to keep your towels toasty. A frosted glass window lets the light flood in.
The second bedroom is similar to the first in that there's a large fitted wardrobe with glass sliding doors. OK, it's not as grand as the main, but I see a lot of houses and I'd say, this is most peoples main bedroom in your typical standard home.
The third bedroom again, is larger than your average room Booboo (for those who remember Yogi Bear and for those who don't, Google it if you like). Three's a double bed in here currently, with room for other pieces of furniture, so it's a pretty decent size.
Finally, we come to the family bathroom. As you'd expect, fitted with the latest contemporary suite, it has a panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin, the obligatory WC and a chrome heated towel rail. All of this is nicely finished off with part tiled walls and a tiled floor, in colours that you will just love.
The last place we need to cover is the rear garden. For a modern development, this is a good size. There's a patio area directly outside the rear doors where you can put your sun lounger or table and chairs. I must admit, the present owner isn't particularly interested in gardening, but there is potential to turn this into something so much more, with a little imagination and sweat! It is south facing, so if you love sunbathing, that's the last tick you need to cross off on your dream home list, because I think I've covered everything!
