7 bed house located on Springfield Road, very close to Streatham campus and still only a short walk from the city centre. On the ground floor of the house you have a lounge at the front with sofas and fold out dining table, there is a TV and licence included in the rent. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. Each bedroom has its own sink. Towards the back of the house is the recently fitted kitchen and a shower room. The kitchen is fitted with electric cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine, there is an additional fridge in the lounge. There is a single shower and WC at the back of the kitchen. The first floor has 4 further double bedrooms and one shower room with shower, WC and basin. The top floor has 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet, a shower room and kitchen with electric cooker and fridge freezer.

There is a rear gravelled garden with table and chairs.

The house is double glazed and has gas central heating. The house is in a Residents Parking area, permits would need to be obtained from Devon Permits, the allocation is usually 2 per property.
