It was more than 30 years ago now that the current owner of Warwick House first visited the Hanslope property – but he can still recall it like it was yesterday. “I remember stepping outside after walking round it and turning to my wife and saying we had to have it,” he says. “In fact, I knew 100 per cent that this was where we would end up living. I think it was its excellent position – it was very private, with nothing adjoining – and it was in a good location for reaching everything we needed and had great potential. We knew we could extend it and transform it into a home that we could really grow into – and we were right. It has been a wonderful home to us and a great place for our children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren to visit.”
