Grazing Licence - The land is let on an annual grazing licence, which commenced on 1st May 2024 and ends on the 31st December, a copy of which is available upon request. The local farmer keeps sheep and takes a cut of hay on the land.

Services - The house has oil-fired central heating, an electric Aga, mains water is connected to the house and various water troughs on the land and mains electricity.
