The land extends to 48.52 acres (19.63ha) and comprises 5 field enclosures of mainly grazing and silage ground. The land is classified 4.2 by the James Hutton institute and is made up of non-calcareous gleys from the Stirling soil series. The land is between 6 and 8 meters above sea level.

At the Northeast of the land is a useful Dutch barn with a lean-to extension providing general purpose storage. There are two brick built former stores which are in derelict condition but may offer the opportunity for development subject to the necessary consents.

Sufficient Basic Payment Entitlements are to be included with the sale. Any claim in relation to the 2025 claim year will be retained by the vendor.

We cannot enter a business relationship with a purchaser until they have been identified. Failure to provide required identification may result in an offer not being considered.
