We love this house. Well located and with well balanced accommodation over two floors, charming gardens and plenty of parking options; it is an excellent home.
The house itself has a kitchen/breakfast room - if a larger space is required, the layout lends itself to this. There would still be an excellent reception room, a utility room and a study to complete the ground floor. There are four bedrooms upstairs (two with ensuites) and a family bathroom. One could modernise or adapt but this would be through choice not necessity.
There is plenty of parking in addition to the double garage at the front of the home whilst to the rear there is a patio and garden which are predominantly laid to lawn.
