This charge is reviewed annually and set by the Owners’ Management Company, Burcot Court Ltd following consultation with all Owners. It is paid monthly in advance by standing order and is held in trust in accordance with the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987.
What Is Not Included?
Owners are responsible for the running costs of their own apartments. This includes:

Changes & Review
The Service Charge is reviewed annually and may change depending on the actual costs of providing services. A draft budget is prepared each year and discussed with Owners before being approved.
