Directions From Kingsbridge take the A379 Slapton/Torcross/Dartmouth Road and after approximately 5 miles at Stokenham take the last exit turning right southwards towards East Prawle and East Portlemouth. Head up the hill and after approximately half a mile at Mattiscombe Cross follow the road around to the right following the signs to Kellaton and Hallsands. Stay on this road following the signs to Kellaton and after approximately 2 ½ miles head down the hill through Kellaton village until at the crossroads turn right, and after a further approximate half a mile turn left down into the hamlet of South Allington passing South Allington House on your right, stay on the road which turns sharp left and after approximately 200 yards the land will be found on your right hand side with gateways at various points.
