Thinking back across the almost two decades they have lived at Clare Croft, the owners of the five-bedroom house agree they have appreciated both its space and its sought-after setting. They moved to the property 18 years ago and have been overjoyed with everything it has provided them since then. “We wanted a good-sized townhouse,” one of them recalls. “There were only three of us here at the time and this one gave us lots of space. There were two en suite shower rooms, which also worked well for us, and it was in a great location.” The other owner adds: “I wanted somewhere that would enable me to get into work in central Milton Keynes easily and that was also well located for the golf club and gym. This was ideal.”
