There is a Right of Way across the land adjacent to the woodland that is used to access the wood from Hinksden road.
There are a number of restrictive covenants on the land stating that the land can be used for ‘the growing of timber in accordance with the rules or practice of good forestry or for purposes connected wherewith’. When carrying out forestry operation the covenants state that ‘works on the lands in accordance with the approved plan of operations’.
