Nestled in the picturesque Wylye Valley between Salisbury and Warminster, the village offers convenient access to the A303, the major trunk road linking the West Country and, via the M3, London in the East. Wylye itself, along with the network of villages throughout the Valley, boasts a variety of amenities, including Primary school, public house, post office/store and walking access to some of the most stunning landscapes in South Wiltshire. A mainline rail station serving London and Bristol can be found at nearby Westbury.

From Salisbury, take the A36 Wilton Road, passing through Wilton and the villages of Stapleford and Stoford. Continue on this road towards Warminster. After approximately four miles, as the dual carriageway begins, move into the left-hand lane and bear left onto the slip road, following the sign for Wylye. Take the left turn into the village (DO NOT JOIN THE A303) and follow this road past the pub and post office. As it bends to the right, take the left fork onto Teapot Street and bear left again onto Fore Street. Take the next right, sign-posted Dinton Road, where the property can be found immediately on the left-hand side.
