Why the owner loves the property:
We chose this property because it's a nice, easy layout house, manageable but nice size garden. House has lots of light, Bicester has lots to offer, central for Bicester, Banbury and Oxford. Near to green space for walks with our dog (we had one then), lovely quiet cul-de-sac, safe front space for our grandchildren, handy shops and pub just round the corner. train service to London and Birmingham.

We will miss all of the above! Plus our nice neighbours in the cul-de-sac. We'll miss Bicester, our easy to maintain house and garden, the central location. Lots of stuff. But we have to move because we can't manage upstairs now, even with the aids we have. So off to a property set on one level.
