The Willerby 22 X 12ft studio is luxury holiday home which sleeps upto 4 people. The open plan living room/kitchen comes equipped with all modern built-in appliances such as oven, hob, fridge freezer, and microwave. The living area also comes with dining table, seating for 4 and an inventory pack which includes all your essential items such as crockery, cutlery, pots, and cooking pans. The sleeping area consists of a large double bed and a sofa bed, TV stand with a smart 32inch TV with Wi-Fi capability.

Also, your new holiday lodge comes with all bedding, pillows, and towels to get your started. The lodge comes with its own private parking area, decking and private hot tub which we heat up for you before you arrive so you and your guests can just put your bags down and get straight in. Also, included is outdoor furniture to relax outside on those sunny days.

At Maesmawr Farm Resort you can also let your property when you’re not using it through our holiday letting scheme. We manage the whole process on your behalf, from initial booking, preparing the lodge for your guests, to cleaning the hot tub and lodge when the guests leave, everything is done for you.
