Directions: From Market Drayton proceed out along the A53 towards Shrewsbury, at the Tern Hill roundabout turn right signposted for Whitchurch and continue along the A41 for around four miles. As you arrive in Sandford, you will locate a sign on the right, saying Prees and Wem B5065, take the left on to the B5065, continue to the junction and continue over, heading towards Prees. As you drive down into Prees village, you will arrive at a set of crossroads, continue straight over onto Mill Street and after a couple of hundred yards, take the left into Brades Road, where you will locate the land for sale on the left.
