Owners Comments... ?As the nation went into lockdown we made our first step onto the property ladder, what was meant to be an interim home quickly turned into our perfect starter family home!The apartment gets an abundance of light from the floor to ceiling windows, its also very well soundproofed - hardly being able to hear the neighbours! Its also ideally located with easy access to the motorway, surrounding towns and villages and only a short walk (12 minutes) to Maidenhead station which has been so convenient for our commute into London! Walking just a little more and you reach the town centre with lots of little cafes and food spots, parks and playgrounds.Our family (and plants) have truly thrived in the apartment, well be sad to leave but are ready for our next family home!Stuart's Comments... These apartments are excellent buys! The location is brilliant with everything so close, and they're only a few years old so come with the remainder of the 10 year builders warranty, and everything feels so new and modern as soon as you walk in. There's plenty of storage, which can be rare in newer builds, and both bedrooms are a great size. Having the Juliet Balcony in the living room is a nice touch and adds to the lovely airy feeling. On top of that, no onward chain complications and secure underground parking with a lift... what's not to love! Area Comments... The train station is less than a mile away, or a 15 minute walk, and the main hub of the town centre is a gentle 5 minute stroll beyond that. Maidenhead is currently undergoing a vast regeneration project with plenty of bars, boutiques and supermarkets already in place, and thanks to the excellent communication links into London, it's fast becoming the commuter town of choice for people of all ages. Now part of the Elizabeth "Lizzy" underground line, and already offering train links direct to Paddington in under 20 minutes, as well as having access direct to the M4 just a couple of minutes away by car. Windsor, Ascot, Reading and the neighbouring villages & hamlets are all within easy reach, as well as a wealth of country side walks and the Thames Path snaking it's way throughout the local area as well.
