Agents Notes - When viewing the building from Tunley Hill our clients ownership only extends to the open part of the building not to that part with two windows on the right hand side which was included within the planning consent. For this reason and the fact that the current consent has arguably lapsed, the buyer will need to secure a fresh consent.

There is a rear service road leading from Priston Lane to the rear plot. There is also an area of garden to the western side of the barn and to the rear. The boundaries are not fenced and interested parties should have regard to the Land Registry Plan, copy of which is available on request.

We are seeking advice as to whether this work and the renovation of the garage at the rear of the site is sufficient for the original consent to be consider extant.
