The Sellers View... We have lived in Loosen Drive since 2007 and raised our three children here. We have loved every moment of it!We chose Maidenhead because of the ease of access to London which has only improved recently with the start of the Elizabeth line. We also liked that it was a cute town on the edge of the River Thames with great schools. We picked this particular house because it was at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac and a short walk to the local primary school (Lowbrook). Lowbrook is now an academy and highly sought after. The road is so quiet and our children were able to play outside the house and ride their bikes up and down. The local shops and Post Office are just a short walk away and Ockwells Park is about 5 min drive. We renovated the downstairs, opening up the kitchen and dining room to make an open plan style space and replaced the kitchen at the same time.Now everyone has grown up we are looking to move closer to family but will miss this fabulous house.
