Fire and carbon monoxide alarms fitted.Electric- The electric is on a metre, there is one directly outside near the stair entrance. The site owners take regular readings quarterly.Ground rent- Payable to the owners annually 2600 every January, please note the owners are fitting water metres in 2022.Outside- There is a fenced off garden area which is gravelled, a large 40ft composite decking with glass balcony is fitted with gated access and provides an all year round seating area to admire the views or star gaze at night.
