The following post weather-tight works are not included  -  external wall insulation and lining system, floor insulation and screeding,
internal stud walls, plastering, internal doors, joinery works, decoration, plumbing and heating, electrical installations, tiling and floor finishes, wood burning stove and flue, kitchen units, worktops and appliances, bathroom sanitary ware, guttering and rainwater pipes, external works and  garage
conversion. The purchaser at the weather-tight stage will therefore have complete autonomy to finish Winnow Barn to their own discerning style by employing their own team of sub-contractors. Please note that an option exists for the purchase of Winnow Barn to include these post
weather-tight works, subject to an agreed specification and price.

Winnow Barn will offer accommodation over two floors. To the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with galleried landing and a snug of good size which leads to a large sitting room. To the other side of the property is a large dining kitchen (with adjoining utility room) creating an
