North Fauld Woods – 44.64 Hectares / 110.30 Acres
These three parcels of productive commercial conifer woodland were planted in the mid-1990s with mostly Sitka spruce and some Lodgepole pine. The crops are generally solid and showing
reasonable growth rates. Harvesting could be considered in 12-15 years and the crops should yield a considerable volume of timber. There are some open areas which provide deer stalking
opportunities. A chalet/hut could be constructed to create overnight accommodation, subject to planning consent.
Viewing is possible at anytime, unaccompanied.
