Carbeth is a rural location, 5 miles northwest of Milngavie and Bearsden and within the Stirlingshire boundary offering suburban living, but with Glasgow's West End and City Centre within a half hour drive.

The plots are leasehold for 20 years and this is renewable. The ground rent is currently £1000 per annum
