Property description
Description
Tir Mynydd Islaw'r Ffordd is a sloping plot of approximately 64 acres (25.89 ha) of rough grazing land with a number of stoney out-crops, pockets of gorse and areas of fegged grass. The property is set in a rural location and therefore can only be access with a 4x4 vehicle via a right of way over neighbouring property.
The boundaries are all traditional stone dry walls, and the property benefits from a natural water supply via a river, and a basic sheep corral in the South-West corner of the field. Due to the condition of the access track, no trailers or livestock haulage vehicles could be taken to the property therefore all livestock would have to be driven on foot down to a shared handling facility to be transported.
Services
We are informed by the seller that this property benefits from a natural supply of water.
