Indian Queens is a popular village just off the A30 trunk road and close to the Goss Moor giving easy access to the surrounding towns of Newquay, Bodmin and St. Austell. The villages of Indian Queens, Fraddon and St Columb Road share a wide range of amenities including a Co-op supermarket, Post Office, pub, doctors surgery, fish and chip takeaway restaurant, Chinese restaurant and primary school. Kinglsey Village is also close by where there is a Marks and Spencer, Next, Starbucks, Boots, Mountain warehouse and TK Maxx.
Travel down the A30 eastbound, past Cornwall Services then take the next junction towards Newquay. At the roundabout take the third junction to Indian Queens. Continue to the mini roundabout and then turn left, continue on to the village and then take the first left at the next mini roundabout by the Port and Starboard fish and chip shop. Continue to the very end of this road and the land will be found on the right hand side.
