This is a rare opportunity to acquire a sizeable parcel of land (c 0.2 acre) situated on the edge of Bampton, directly opposite Bampton Castle.

Bampton is a charming small country town offering an excellent range of facilities including some lovely independent shops, pubs, cafes, doctors surgery and primary school It is situated in an area renowned for its outstanding countryside, with the Exmoor National Park 6 miles to the north. The market town of Tiverton can be found just 7 miles to the south with dual carriage way access to Junction 27 of the M5 and its adjoining Parkway Station, (Paddington c.2 hours).

Once cleared we believe there would be excellent views over the surrounding countryside and up to the site of the 11th century Norman Bampton Castle.
