Property description
Ideally located in the town centre, this three bedroom cottage has been renovated by the current owners to provide a bright and spacious home, retaining many period features, and boasts a garden with fantastic views across the town and beyond.
An open plan living/dining room provides plenty of space for family living and entertaining and benefits from large windows, letting in lots of natural light. The kitchen is found at the rear of the property, providing access to the courtyard and steps up to the garden.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, the master being a good sized double with far reaching views, and the family bathroom comprising bath with shower over, low level WC and basin. A secondary staircase leads off the landing up to converted loft space housing a double bedroom with velux window and storage space.
Outside there is a courtyard with a stone storage room attached to the back of the property. Stone steps lead from here up to a lawned area, perfect for summer entertaining and further up a shared path leads to another garden space from which the fantastic countryside can really be enjoyed.
