Why the owner loves the property:
I've loved every minute of living in this apartment. It was my first step on the property ladder and I will be sad to leave. While there are so many things I could say about it, I thought I would share a few highlights. Last year we made a few improvements to the place, both inside and outside. We renovated the balcony to create a lovely place to soak up the sun and we built a bespoke fitted wardrobe in the master bedroom. There's now so much space for clothing and storage! Being able to walk to Reading Central Station within 10 minutes has made it so easy for travelling - not only for taking the train to London and Oxford etc, but also the Heathrow Express to the airport. Having a dedicated parking spot in the centre of Reading is also ideal. Lastly, I really love how warm the flat keeps as well - I barely ever have the heating on!
