Garage has electricity and has been well used as a workshop.Further solid outside storage area also has a toilet, great for when gardening etc. There is a further pedestrian side access to the rear garden making it easy to bring bikes, bins etc around to the back.We have thought of extending, but valued all of the outside space more. We found the house to have plenty of space, even with 4 teenagers around. Very good bus services, with bus stops 200 yards away on A4.
