Property description

The perfect blend of elegance and comfort, this two-bedroom Retreat Lodge features rustic hand-crafted finishes, creating a tranquil environment to escape the hustle and bustle of the real world.
As soon as you enter the lodge, you are greeted by a carefully placed storage bench, perfect for slipping off your wellies after a walk in the park's private woodland. To your left you'll discover the bright open-plan living area, adorned with luxuriously rustic features, from the unfinished wooden beam across the ceiling, to the red brick surrounding the fireplace. These organic traits are paired beautifully by off-white carpets, wooden dining table and comfortable sofa and armchairs, in complimentary neutral shades.
The timeless shaker-style kitchen features a smooth, pale wood counter-top and traditional deep white ceramic sink and includes integrated appliances to ensure you have all the home comforts. Double French doors cover both the width and height of the home, allowing an abundance of natural light to flow in. The south facing sundeck offers stunning views over Great Orchard to the woods and countryside beyond. A standard size deck is included, with the option to add a private hot tub.
The main bedroom sits at the back, making it almost a private retreat in itself. The king-size bed features a characterful wooden panel wall, complete with inset bedside storage, and the spacious built-in wardrobe reinforces the overwhelming sense of comfort, warmth and simplicity. Where the bedrooms back up the sense of comfort, the en-suite and main bathroom reinforce the clean and elegant side of the home. The second bedroom is finished in a similar style to the master, and the with zip-together twin beds offers fantastic flexibility for guests. A fitted wardrobe provides ample storage space.
This lodge is exactly as described, a retreat to get away, switch off, and enjoy the simpler aspects of life.
Please note: This lodge is for holiday use only and cannot be used for residential purposes. A primary address must be maintained elsewhere, with proof required annually. Manufacturers images shown. On site show home accessories will vary.
