Polly Platt Primary School, is within easy walking distance in the village and rated Good by Ofsted, and the mixed state secondary school, William Farr, is in the neighbouring village of Welton only a 5-minute drive (3 miles) and is Ofsted-rated Outstanding. The Priory Academy LSST grammar school is also rated Outstanding in Lincoln itself, about 20 minutes by car (8 miles), where there are the superb independent Minster Schools (Prep and Senior) about 15 mins (7 miles).
