Do you like the photos? Then maybe you would like to view this home? One of the best things about New Home 4U is, we OPEN 7 DAYS a WEEK and are physically in the office just so that you can view, like no other estate agent in Flintshire.

First time buyers are faced with a problem; do they take on a home needing a level of refurbishment that may eventually end up costing them more than they can afford or, do they lower their sights and buy somewhere already improved but smaller and thus within their price range? Anyone lucky enough to visit this particular home will have the decision made for them, as this is the sort of home anyone would aspire to and its real beauty is that everything is already done and, done without compromise.

Padeswood Road is very much a road of two halves. The top section from the lights to the pub carries a great deal of pedestrian traffic being the logical route to town from the estate to the rear, but the section beyond the pub becomes a cul-de-sac which is an altogether quieter backwater. Here passers-by are comparatively rare and this is where we find number 59.

Beside this two bedroom semi detached home is a block paved driveway with adequate space to park two vehicles before ending in a substantial wooden fence with a central pedestrian gate leading through into the rear garden. There is a low wall to the front of the home behind which runs a continuation of the block paving across to the front door.

Opening the door allows access into the small inner hall where the staircase rises in front of you, while to the right is a semi glazed wooden door opening into the lounge/dining room. We enter here in the dining room portion where we find a room with space for what I would call a sensibly sized dining table still leaving space for any additional furniture you may fancy, before moving through into the lounge.

This part of the room widens out slightly owing to our having past where the stairs intrude, giving enough room for two three seat settees positioned around the very attractive faux marble open fireplace with its adjacent log basket ready to keep the home fires fed. There is as additional side facing window ensuring plenty of natural light to supplement that coming from the front window in the dining room, before we pass through another semi glazed timber door and into the kitchen.

This is not the biggest kitchen on the planet but perfect for a single chef as everything falls to hand in a very satisfying way. Attractive and modern units line three walls and contain the gas hob and integrated oven while opposite these is the very funky circular sink. If the room has a fault, the natural light is limited to what comes through the archway into the utility room but the large fluorescent overhead light ensures this is never a issue as you are not forced to work in your own shadow.
An improvement could be made however, by the addition of more lights beneath the overhead cupboards directed down onto the work tops but this is probably because I have a personal weakness for these. The utility room, housing the washing machine and tall fridge freezer is through the arch and brightly lit by having not only a large side facing window but also a roof mounted skylight before another door opens into the conservatory.

This is a large space that really does succeed in bringing the outside inside for those spring evenings when you want to remain out carousing with friends or simply relaxing, but it is just not quite warm enough. The conservatory is currently nicely and very imaginatively decked out as a pub, something which I dont doubt has been a Godsend during lockdown but the problem now will be getting those new found friends to actually go home Outside, the surprisingly spacious garden is laid to block paving beside the conservatory, giving way to lawn thereafter before returning to paving at the far end where there is a splendid site for al fresco eating and a substantial wooden store shed.

Moving upstairs and to the front of the home, the main bedroom is a large room with space enough for a pair of chests of drawers, one each side of the double bed, supplemented by a big fitted wardrobe with mirror doors, still leaving room to easily move about.

Towards the rear we come to the second bedroom which refreshingly, is another good sized double room, admittedly without fitted wardrobes but with ample space for free standing units instead. The view from the window is of the attractive rear garden and makes for a very pleasant and peaceful room, just as a bedroom should be.

Last but not least we come to the beautifully executed bathroom. This features fashionable dark grey tiles running to the full height of the room, a stainless steel vertical radiator/towel rail, a unitary storage module with integrated lavatory and hand basin with waterfall taps and a bath with a twin headed power shower behind the protective glass side panel. For those favouring using the bath instead of the shower there is one more surprise, something I have never seen before. Picture the scene; as you slide beneath a relaxing sea of bubbles one of the wall tiles above your feet looks a bit too shiny and why is there a remote control holster hanging on the wall? Thats because the shiny tile is a waterproof plasma TV screen controlled via the encapsulated remote, meaning you never miss your favourite soap (sorry) and if that fails to impress you, youre telling lies.
