During our time here we have redecorated throughout, installed a new kitchen and sanded the downstairs floor in order to maximise the natural light. There’s a lively village hall, a very popular restaurant and it’s well-placed for good primary and secondary schools. Additionally, Newark is so accessible that, although we’re in the heart of a rural village, we can be in the centre of the town within minutes.”
