There is also an attractive and practical ceramic floor leading to a large set of sliding patio doors which open up into a large conservatory.

This is in fact a multi-fuel burner, able to take all forms of solid fuel for those days when chopping logs loses its appeal and was serviced about 6 months ago when the flue was also swept.

Adjacent to here is a smaller room, which could serve a multitude of purposes and is open to the corridor. A set of sliding patio doors leads out onto a corner balcony which can also be accessed from adjacent rooms.

The first of these is the formal dining room; lavish in size and quite in keeping with the scale of the home but as I said, I would choose to dine nearer the kitchen leaving this for a very comfortable bedroom, taking advantage of an identical view as the previous room and with French doors opening to the same balcony.

Further along we come to a larger bedroom, overlooking the garage area. This is a lavish single room or a small double though in this guise, your choice of free standing furniture may be a little compromised.
