"Our lovely six-bedroom Victorian house in Lenton has been in our family since the 1980s. My dad, Angelo, first made it a welcoming space for students, and it’s remained a true home away from home ever since.
We’re a small, family-run team — I’m Maria, and I have been running the house with my dad for over ten years. My brother, Sam, has now taken over managing the property while also looking after maintenance. Both my dad and I are licence holders, and I make it a priority to ensure we comply fully with all current HMO regulations so that our tenants can enjoy a safe, secure, and comfortable home.
When I make decisions about the house, I always think about the kind of home I would want to live in as a student — and I do my best to make that a reality for our tenants. We take pride in keeping with the times and trends, constantly looking for ways to improve and make each stay even better.
