The house is located on Monks Road which is ideal location for both campuses and a short walk into the centre of Exeter. Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms one with king size bed, one with a double, both have wardrobes, desks and chest of drawers. The lounge/diner has a sofa and a pull out dining table and foldaway chairs, there is a TV and licence included in the rent. The kitchen is fitted with electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer and washing machine, there is an additional freezer located in the boiler cupboard. Upstairs are a further 3 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the others have double beds. There is a shower room with large shower, WC and basin, and a separate WC. Each room has a sink which will help take the pressure of the bathroom.

At the rear of the property is a small courtyard garden with rear access.

The house is double glazed and has gas central heating. The house is in a Residents Parking area, permits would need to be obtained from Devon Permits, the allocation is usually 2 per property.
