1. Supporting documentation to be submitted with your application should include a brief outline for the proposed use of the land.
2. The rent offered should be clearly shown.
3. The Landlord is in no way bound to accept the highest, or any tender.
4. Each Tenant is to contribute £275 plus VAT to the Landlord’s professional fees, which is payable on signing of the Tenancy Agreement.
5. The tenancy will be a full repair and maintenance responsibility to the Tenant.
