The property is located in a superb location, within 1.8 miles from Newcastle University and 4.4 miles from Northumbria University.

The rooms are fully furnished and self catered too, with wash basins rooms with shared shower and bathroom facilities. Each room comes equipped with a ¾ bedroom, wardrobe, bedside table and study area. All cluster rooms share a fully furnished kitchen and communal living area, including TV. Each cluster shares a toilet and separate shower room.

St Mary’s Hall features a spacious communal hall fitted out with a large screen TV, vending machines, snooker, pool and table tennis tables, perfect for hanging out with friends.
