At the time of application/referencing a HOLDING DEPOSIT - 1 WEEK'S RENT will be required. Please note that delays with your application or discrepancies with the information you supply may result in an unsuccessful application and your holding deposit being retained.



Before the tenancy starts a SECURITY DEPOSIT - 5 WEEK'S RENT will be required.
