We currently have 3 (or more) vacant rooms available in the houses.In our 5-bed houses, we have 1 small room, 1 medium room, and 3 large rooms (or 2 large rooms and one extra-large room). The prices are as follows (all bills included):Small room - £525 per monthMedium room - £565 per monthLarge room - £650 per monthExtra large room - £695 per month(Our contracts are individual tenancy agreements, so you are only responsible for your own rent and not the whole house).Deposit: £550 (refundable as per terms).
