The house is a 10-minute drive to the city centre, a 10-minute drive to the hospital, and a 20-minute drive to Newport, and close to the M4.
UHW and David Lloyds Gym are 6 minutes away by car. The house is very close to fast food takeaways, the library, shops, bus stops.
