The large kitchen-diner - which opens onto the garden via french windows - includes a double oven, dishwasher, microwave, and 2 fridge-freezers.
The house also benefits from a separate huge communal room which has additional kitchen facilities (including another double oven, microwave, and a third large fridge-freezer) as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
In addition to these, the communal room has space for a table and chairs, and a large corner suite for relaxing on, watching TV etc.Like most houses nowadays, it has central heating and double-glazing throughout.
