How to book with Livinc

Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required
Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!
Booking Policy
Check in 3 pm - Check out 11:00 am
Payment – Deposit, with full payment taken in advance
Cancellation - Booking of 7 nights or less, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival by 12 pm. Booking of 8 to 28 nights, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival by 12 pm. Booking of 29 to 90 nights, cancellations must be made at least 28 days before the scheduled arrival by 12 pm. Any reservations exceeding 91+ nights, cancellations are subject to the booking contract
