Payment –We need an advance payment of 14 days before their arrival. If the stay is longer than 30 days will be subject to agreement if we can offer monthly instalments and pay at the beginning of each month.
Cancellation- Standard CLX policy is 14 days prior and 14 days notice to vacate for up to 90 days stay
