Bedrooms 1 to 4 have comfortable zip link beds which are configured as two single beds by default or can be zipped together to form a super king-size bed upon request. Bedroom 5 has a comfortable single bed and zip link bed which is configured as two single beds by default or can be zipped together to form a king size bed upon request
Bedroom 6 has a comfortable double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 1 has a private en-suite shower. There is a further two bathrooms and a separate WC in the house
The driveway has space for 2 cars. There is also a garage at the back of the property which can fit 2 cars in front of it. Additional street parking is available around the property free of charge and unrestricted

Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required
Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!
Booking Policy
24/7 Check-in
Payment –Stays less than 30 days - payment to be made within 30 days after check in Stays greater than 30 days - payment to be made within 30 days of each month block. E.g. 1st to 30th Sept 2023 (payment to be made by 1st October 2023), 30th Sept to 30th October 2023 (payment to be made by 30th October 2023)
Cancellation- 7 days notice prior to arrival and 30 days notice once in house
