STORAGE There is additional lockable storage cupboard on the ground floor. The washing machine on the ground floor is also free for you to use. 

BILLS Gas, water, electric and Wi-Fi are all included at an additional £100 monthly. All other bills and subscriptions will remain the tenants responsibility.
