The house is full of character with original features, full height windows and it comes UNFURNISHED so you can decorate and accessorise to put your own stamp on the place.
Every room is well-proportioned allowing for space to sleep, relax and study in all FIVE DOUBLE bedrooms, and there is a homely living room and kitchen on the ground floor.

This is well-equipped for appliances and leads out to the garden which has space for drying washing during summer or studying in the sun pre-exams. For five students there are two bathrooms, so no need for queues.

There is a real buzz about this area of town with the North Laines, Seven Dials plus the City Centre and Beach all within easy walking distance. The Battle of Trafalgar pub is your neighbour for real ales, good food and a pool table, but there are plenty more nearby to explore too.

You really are spoilt for choice here- and that's not including all the offerings on campus - no wonder Brighton is one of the most exciting destinations from students.
