The cottage can be found at the entrance on the left hand side.

An alternative route as the property is approximately only 4 miles to the A38 is heading in the direction of Plymouth on the A38 take the Chudleigh Knighton/Kingsteignton/B3193 junction of the A38. At the end of the slip-road turn right back over the A38, then take the right-hand turn to B3193 signed Teign Valley/Dunsford/Christow/Christow. Continue along the road for approximately 3 miles turning left immediately before the Canonteign Falls turning into the no through road which leads past Hyner Farm to Frank Mills House. The cottage can be found at the entrance on the left hand side at the top of the lane.
