At the end of the slip-road turn right back over the A38, then take the right-hand turn to B3193 signed Teign Valley/Dunsford/Christow/Christow. Continue along the road for approximately 3 miles turning left immediately before the Canonteign Falls turning into the no through road which leads past Hyner Farm to Frank Mills House. The cottage can be found at the entrance on the left hand side at the top of the lane.
