From the village of Woore, leave the village on the Newcastle Road A525 towards Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent off the main junction from the A51. Follow for only ? a mile from the junction, to a small crossroads and turn left onto a single lane, signposted Gravenhunger Moss. This lane will lead you to the main entrance drive of Phynson Hays. Follow this drive down towards the property for approximately a mile, keep left as you approach the property and follow all the way around the buildings to the rear where you will come across the stable yard to the rear of the main house.
